Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shantidoot Welfare Foundation (“we”, “our”, “us”) believes in transparency and fairness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for payments made through https://shantidootwelfare.org/ using the Instamojo payment gateway.


1. Donations

  • All donations made to Shantidoot Welfare Foundation are voluntary.

  • Donations are non-refundable once successfully processed.

  • Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

    • Duplicate or multiple payments for the same purpose

    • Incorrect amount charged due to technical error

    • Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the transaction date.


2. Program / Internship / Service Fees (If Applicable)

  • Fees paid for any internship, training program, workshop, or service are generally non-refundable.

  • No refund will be provided if:

    • The applicant fails to attend or complete the program

    • Incorrect or incomplete information is submitted by the applicant

    • The applicant voluntarily withdraws after registration

  • Refunds may be considered if:

    • The program is cancelled by Shantidoot Welfare Foundation

    • A payment is deducted but confirmation is not received


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a payment is successfully completed, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

  • Any cancellation request must be made in writing to our official email address within 48 hours of payment.

  • Approval of cancellation is solely at the discretion of Shantidoot Welfare Foundation.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used via Instamojo.

  • Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on Instamojo and your bank.


5. Processing Charges

  • Payment gateway charges, bank fees, or taxes (if any) may be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • Shantidoot Welfare Foundation shall not be responsible for delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Mobile Number / Email

  • Transaction ID

  • Date of Payment

  • Amount Paid

  • Reason for Refund
